🔥 1. Digital Products (Programs, Meal Plans, Guides)
All digital purchases — including training programs, meal guides, and downloadable products — are non-refundable.
Digital content is delivered instantly, therefore:
No cancellations
No returns
No exchanges
If you experience an issue accessing your product, email us at support@lyteworkfitness.com and we will help you immediately.
🔥 2. Coaching Services
All coaching plans (weekly or monthly) are non-refundable once the program begins.
You may cancel future billing by emailing support@lyteworkfitness.com before your next charge date.
📦 3. Physical Products (Merch / Apparel)
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if:
The item is unused
The item is in original condition
The item has no wear, damage, or stains
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
